It has been dubbed as the biggest fight in UFC history and, with the demand for tickets to the October 6 event in Las Vegas higher than ever before, it is easy to understand why.
Conor McGregor will return to the UFC octagon a little under two years since his last outing, a two-round knockout of Eddie Alvarez to win the UFC’s 155-pound title to add to the featherweight belt he already held, but that stakes are significantly higher this time around given the heated war of words between McGregor and Nurmagomedov.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will be available for UFC Fight Club members on Wednesday August 15. Subscribers to the UFC newsletter will be able to purchase them on Thursday, with general sale beginning on Friday.
The first round of tickets will be available for sale in the UK & Ireland at 6pm on Wednesday (again, for Fight Club members).
Price points haven’t yet been confirmed but initial estimates suggest they will be at least as expensive as McGregor’s UFC 205 fight, where cageside seats went for over $1,500.
When will they sell out?
It’s faster fingers first, folks. You can expect the tickets to be gone within minutes of them being on general sale.
Tickets will likely be available on official resale websites but most likely at an inflated rate.
