“The Korean Superboy” Doo Ho Choi is set to make his return this Summer, and is set to face Andre ‘Touchy’ Fili at UFC 214.
It’ll mark both of the young men’s first appearance of 2017, with Choi having last fought at UFC 206 in December, and Fili at UFC Portland in October.
The news was first reported by LA Times reporter Lance Pugmire.

While it’s a fascinating match up between two up and coming stars, it does put an end to the speculation that Choi could end up squared off against SBG stalwart Artem Lobov, as the two had been publicly calling for a fight with one and other earlier this week.
Instead, Choi will make his return after losing one of the best fights of last year (and of all time) against Fili, who looks to find a second win in a row for the first time since 2013.
UFC 214 will take place on July 29, 2017, in Anaheim, California. While it is yet to be confirmed, the headlining act is suspected to be the returning Jon Jones against Daniel Cormier.
