Tai Tuivasa is a tough nut to crack. Literally.

The Australian native is famous for having one of the most granite chins in all of mixed martial arts but not even his legendary block could overcome a barrage from French striker Ciryl Gane when they met in the cage in Paris in September of 2022.

Gane, a one-time UFC heavyweight title challenger, returns to the cage at next month’s UFC 310 in Las Vegas, Nevada where he will take on the giant Russian Alexander Volkov, knowing that if he can land another nuclear punch of his own he could put himself on a path to another shot at a UFC title — particularly with the future of champion Jon Jones currently uncertain.
