Well, add UFC welterweight Stephen Thompson to your lists. Recently coming off a surgery following his back to back title fights, the 170-pound unorthodox striker gave an update to his fans via his Instagram.

“Hey guys it’s Stephen,” Thompson said. “Still messed up on my medicine [but] today was good, yay!”
