At UFC 221, two of the very elite at middleweight went at it in Luke Rockhold vs. Yoel Romero. And while Romero had missed weight and ruled himself out of contention for the interim middleweight title, there were still heavy championship implications on the line.
In the end, it was Romero who came out victorious, sending Rockhold crashing to the canvas out cold after landing a pair of brutal punches. Unsurprisingly, Romero’s UFC colleagues were both impressed… and slightly scared.

Think Luke’s the better all around fighter but will come down to his chin. 1st round is everything in my opinion. #UFC221

How does Yoel drive a car with those traps? There’s no way he could head check before a lane change. #ufc221

Them temple shots are no joke! Romero with the win, but that fog of not making weight still looms over this. #UFC221
