Conor McGregor’s donation continues to help frontline staff in Ireland, with 170 equipment drops being made in the country today, including some personally attended by McGregor himself.
In March, McGregor made a donation of over โฌ1 million to help fund the purchase of equipment as Ireland and the world deals with the coronavirus pandemic. Today, a stunning 18,000 Gowns, 30,000 Masks, 30,000 Visors and 120,000 gloves were delivered to hospitals and medical staff across Ireland to help those who need it most.
It’s the latest in a long line of equipment aid purchased with McGregor’s funding.

McGregor has been exceptionally outspoken in asking his countrymen and women to obey lockdown orders in an attempt to lower the curve of the Covid-19 outbreak, having made two public addresses and offering workout tips from his home.
As of today, Ireland has seen 23,242 cases of the coronavirus, with 1,488 deaths. People should still be aware of the very real risks of the disease, and should respect social distancing measures and wear masks when in public.
