The UFC’s return to London is official following Friday morning’s weigh-ins in the English capital.
The two men in the main event, former welterweight champion Leon Edwards and the man seeking to usurp him in the 170-pound rankings, Sean Brady, both successfully made weight ahead of their meeting tomorrow night, as did each of the combatants on the 13-fight card.
In the co-main, former light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz hit the championship weight mark of 205-pounds on the nose ahead of his showdown with the New Zealand striking sensation Carlos Ulberg who will seek to extend his seven-fight winning streak and announce himself as a serious contender to Magomed Ankalaev’s world title.
Elsewhere, the returning Gunnar Nelson also made weight at 170-pounds for what is expected to be an entertaining battle with veteran fighter Kevin Holland, who came in one pound heavier but within the non-title allowance.
