Conor McGregor once said that “nobody” can take his left hand shot — and apparently that extends to sparring partners, too.

Ahead of his return to the UFC, which is expected in the coming months, McGregor has been releasing brief clips of his training as sharpens his tools for his next fight, which he has previously stated will be one of the best comebacks “in all of sport.” McGregor has spent considerable time on the mats in Dubai along with PFL fighter Brendan Loughnane and others — a relationship which SBG Ireland head coach John Kavanagh said has flourished in recent months.

Loughnane is seen at the front of the below clip, which also shows various sparring partners taking rounds against McGregor  — before one, who opted to not wear a headguard, was dropped to the mat courtesy of a trademark left hand.
