On Saturday June 22 the eyes of the fight world will be fixed squarely on Artem Lobov and Paulie Malignaggi, for 15 minutes at least. 

What began as a disagreement over a sparring session two years ago and subsequently descended into a public war or words will become a full-on fist fight next Saturday night when Lobov and Malignaggi clash in the main event of Bare Knuckle FC 6 — a scrap being hailed as the most anticipated bareknuckle bout in history.

Lobov has already come through his far gloveless war against Jason Knight earlier this year and in Malignaggi he faces a former world champion boxer making his return to combat sports in search of a first victory in three years.

The fight promises to be one the most action-packed of the year and to fill you in on some of the background, Bare Knuckle FC have produced a video detailing the Lobov/Malignaggi rivalry to date.
