Yesterday at the UFC Vegas 9 official weigh-ins, Michel Pereira and Zelim Imadaev had an intense face-off that ended with Imadaev slapping Pereira across the face.

Tonight in the fight, Pereira made a point of returning the favour.

During their contest in the UFC Apex, on several occasions, Pereira kissed his open palm and struck Imadaev in the face with it, slapping him — apparently in retaliation for yesterday.
