At UFC 209 in Las Vegas, after being brutalised early by Mirsad Bektic, Derren Elkins got the victory that felt like something out of Rocky. After being put in the crucifix position early on, and receiving a brutal cut over his right eye, Elkins managed to stay in the fight and score a KO in the third.
