Conor McGregor and Donald Cerrone first had an interaction in 2015 at a press conference titled ‘Go Big’.

Now, some four years later, the two will finally meet inside the Octagon to compete against one another.

But if fans are expecting the cross words from that press conference to still be burning a fire inside either man, they are mistaken. Both McGregor and Cerrone’s careers have taken them in different paths and directions, both with peaks and valleys. Perhaps because of that, the two seem to have grown an appreciation for each other.

That being said… it’s always fun to look back at the infamous verbal spat, and that’s just what the UFC had McGregor do this week.
