UFC Embedded’s are a staple of UFC fight weeks.

They give us plenty. Sometimes they follow the card’s fighters throughout fight week, offering us viewers an insight into their minds and output during the days before physical combat. Sometimes they offer us haircuts, packing bags and travel. And sometimes… Sometimes they give us greatness.

UFC 238 Embedded Episode 4 does that last thing. Or at least, for the first 1 minute 43 seconds, it gives us glory.
