Social media beef as Kamaru Usman says there’s contract agreement to fight Tyron Woodley… before Woodley disagrees
Tyron Woodley and Kamaru Usman are disagreeing over who’s fighting for welterweight gold next.
By TheMacLife-3 Jan 2019
In a late night Twitter back and forth, welterweight contender Kamaru Usman and champion Tyron Woodley argued over who would be fighting for the 170-pound title next.
According to Usman, he has received and signed a bout agreement to meet the champion at UFC 235 in Las Vegas on March 2. That was apparently news to the champion, who continues to contend he’ll be meeting rival Colby Covington before anybody else gets a go at his gold.
Check out the disagreement below:
It’s a done deal and has been signed. March 2019 I will be the New WW Champion 👊🏾💪🏾🇳🇬 #AndNew
What am I lying about? Do I not have a signed contract with your name on it? Just face the reality March 2nd you’re standing across the octagon from Me. Now get your shit together and let’s run it @TWooodleyhttps://t.co/mvgRM3MTEz
Bruh…..you are coming off stupid and I don’t do Twitter Beef you got my line. But what you don’t have is a damn agreement signed by me. Now quit lying before I lose respect for you.
