Undefeated SBG prospect Will ‘F*ckin” Fleury will travel to Italy for his first bout under the Bellator banner.

Fleury (4-0) will face Italian fighter (and fellow Bellator debutante) Massimiliano Sammarco at Bellator 203 in Rome on July 14th, it was confirmed by MMA Fighting on Friday. This follows his signing with the promotion last March.

Fleury, who compiled a 7-0 record in the amateur ranks, was recently featured on EFC’s reality television series The Fighter. The Irishman won his first fight by first round submission before being eliminated from the competition after a controversial stoppage in his next bout — the result of which was eventually commuted to a No Contest.

As with The Ultimate Fighter, each bout on The Fighter is officially classified as an exhibition and therefore doesn’t appear on the combatants’ official records.

Sammarco (6-1) will enjoy considerable local support for the July bout and will take a three-fight winning streak with him into the bout with Fleury.
