If UFC 225 in Chicago has fans salivating over a stacked card, it seems the UFC aren’t looking to do anything other than follow it up with a similarly star-power heavy affair in Las Vegas with UFC 226.

Fresh off a disappointing bout cancellation with Khabib Nurmagomedov, UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway will return to 145-pounds to meet Brian Ortega at the event. MMAJunkie first reported the news, which was then confirmed by UFC president Dana White.

It marks two spectacular title bouts for the July 7 card. Currently set to be headlined by a superfight between UFC heavyweight and UFC light heavyweight champions Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier, Holloway vs. Ortega adds one of the most anticipated featherweight contests of all time as padding.

Ortega comes into the bout off the back of a spectacular knockout over Frankie Edgar, while Holloway enters after a brace of victories over former featherweight champion Jose Aldo.

Other bouts announced for the event are Mike Perry vs. Yancy Medeiros and Gökhan Saki vs. Khalil Rountree Jr.
