Khamzat Chimaev has got to title contention status in the UFC by having little regard for the health of his opponents but according to Sean Strickland, the unbeaten welterweight should take a little more care of his training partners.

Chimaev is known for going hard in the training room, as anyone who has seen footage of him working at the Allstars gym in Stockholm can attest to but as SBG Ireland head coach John Kavanagh has famously said, sparring is best done when you upgrade the hardware without damaging the software.

And recent footage which has filtered out of Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas suggests that this is a philosophy that UFC middleweight Sean Strickland also subscribes to, after appearing to accuse Chimaev of going a little too hard with some of his training partners.
