Dana White posts tribute to Daniel Cormier: “Thanks for everything”

Dana White has paid tribute to Daniel Cormier after the former heavyweight and light heavyweight champion apparently retired following a loss to Stipe Miocic tonight in Las Vegas.

Cormier told Joe Rogan on the broadcast that he wasn’t interested in competing for anything other than world titles, and with those opportunities apparently no longer available to him, it was time for him to retire. Following the statement, the UFC president took to his social media to offer some thoughts on Cormier and wish him well.
