Conor McGregor appears to have started.
The Irishman took to his social media today to launch the first of what could be many verbal barbs ahead of his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier.
McGregor and Poirier are set to meet next weekend on July 10 in Las Vegas, Nevada in a fight for all the marbles as the pair head in at one a piece. And, with Poirier recently telling ESPN he believes McGregor should be ready for all aspects of mixed martial arts, the Irishman wanted to pass on some advice and tips of his own to his rival.

The two men are set to come face to face ahead of fight night for the first time since their January bout next Thursday at the UFC 264 press conference.
