The official Conor McGregor documentary Notorious will get a theatrical release for one night only — November 8th — in select US theatres, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The film, which has been in production for four years, shows never-seen-before footage of McGregor’s rise through the ranks of the UFC to become the organisaton’s first ever double champion, all the way to the Irishman’s history-making boxing match with Floyd Mayweather this past summer.

The US release will also feature a live interview with McGregor, captured at the film’s world premiere in Dublin.

The film, released by Trafalgar Releasing, is the only official production to capture McGregor’s career trajectory, all the way from his early days as an up n’ coming fighter with European promotion Cage Warriors, to becoming the biggest name the sport of mixed martial arts has ever seen.
