‘Bumped into some old friends’: Michael Bisping shares video of gym meeting with Luke Rockhold

Watch as Michael Bisping and Luke Rockhold come face-to-face nearly five years after their UFC middleweight title matchup.

They say time heals all wounds and that certainly seems to be the case when it comes to Michael Bisping and Luke Rockhold.

The two former UFC middleweight champions are 1-1 against each other, with Rockhold submitting Bisping in their first meeting but the Brit scored a significant measure of revenge when he knocked out Rockhold on short notice to win the 185-pounds title at UFC 199 in Australia in early summer 2016.

Both of those fights, and in particular the second one, were marked by more than a little trash-talk between the pair — but it seems as any animosity has been left behind, judging by the friendly meeting they had at Jason Parillo’s boxing club.
