They say time heals all wounds and that certainly seems to be the case when it comes to Michael Bisping and Luke Rockhold.
The two former UFC middleweight champions are 1-1 against each other, with Rockhold submitting Bisping in their first meeting but the Brit scored a significant measure of revenge when he knocked out Rockhold on short notice to win the 185-pounds title at UFC 199 in Australia in early summer 2016.
Both of those fights, and in particular the second one, were marked by more than a little trash-talk between the pair — but it seems as any animosity has been left behind, judging by the friendly meeting they had at Jason Parillo’s boxing club.
