It’s the latest in a long, long line of last minute collapses for UFC fights.
Yesterday, there had been drama at the weigh ins after Kevin Lee had initially stepped onto the scale a pound too heavy, but when he eventually hit the correct 155-pound limit, most felt confident that all the drama was over until fight night.
Regrettably, that was not the case.
UPDATE: Heavyweight Walt Harris, who was scheduled to face Mark Godbeer, will step in for Lewis and face Werdum later tonight.
