The British Association of Mixed Martial Arts (BAMMA) have announced that BAMMA 30 will take place in Dublin’s 3 Arena on July 7th next.

The promotion’s most recent visit to Ireland’s capital last December for BAMMA 27, an event which saw Tom Duquesnoy successfully defend his bantamweight title against Alan Philpott. Duquesnoy has since signed a deal with the UFC and is will make his debut with the organisation next month.

No fights have yet been revealed for the card, though Cian Cowley recently announced via TheMacLife.com that he had signed a professional deal with the company.

A return to Dublin, one of the world’s hotbeds of mixed martial arts, was always on the cards as BAMMA CEO Dave Green explains.

“Returning to Dublin was always high on our list for 2017 and we are delighted to announce that BAMMA will be back there on the 7th July”, he said. “BAMMA 30 is a huge milestone event and there was only ever going to be one place for it, Dublin’s 3Arena. We have assembled one of our best cards ever and it will be the one event in Ireland this year not to miss.”
