The biggest fight card of the year has kicked off with a bang.

In the opening bout of the event, Ricardo Ramos faced Aieman Zahabi, and the two went through three rounds of an entertaining scrap, before Ramos brought an abrupt end to proceedings with an exceptional spinning elbow.

Zahabi was instantly unconscious, and the blow will go down as one of the most stunning knockouts this year.
