Kamaru Usman was apparently unfazed by his interaction with Jorge Masvidal earlier today.
Usman and Masvidal were both undertaking media duties ahead of this weekend’s Super Bowl, when the two crossed paths at an event. Footage quickly spread of the subsequent verbal altercation, which saw people getting in between the two before things could get out of hand.

Now, in the aftermath, Usman has taken to his social media to offer forth his thoughts on the matter, saying Masvidal was simply trying to force a situation to create drama, only for it to backfire.
“Lil bitch brought his camera to try and flex and act hard,” Usman wrote. “I was dolo and If you wanted to do something you could have tried but you didn’t lol”

Usman and Masvidal, while currently unscheduled, are likely to compete next for Usman’s UFC welterweight title. It will mark the second time Usman attempts to defend the 170-pound belt, and the first time Masvidal has fought for UFC gold.
