This probably isn’t something that should have required clarification but, having said that, don’t interrupt Mike Perry when he is performing an open workout.

Perry, the former UFC fighter turned bare-knuckle boxing standout, takes on Jake Paul in the boxing ring this weekend in Florida — and during Wednesday’s media obligations, ‘Platinum’ took some considerable umbrage after one of Paul’s mascots entered the ring while he was hitting the pads in front of reporters.

While the incident didn’t appear overly-serious, Perry addressed the incident afterwards to reporters including The Mac Life.

“I’m here for the ‘W’. I’m taking all the ‘W’s all week long,” a worked up Perry said during a media scrum. “You can’t get up in my face and talk that shit like these boys on social media.

“This is real life. When I’m really in your face, I treat you like that,” he added. “Bro, don’t get up in my face talking that mess. I’m here for the ‘W’s, I’m taking home the money, I’m taking home the wins, and I’m taking home Jake’s head. Let’s go.”

The boxing match between Mike Perry and Jake Paul, which is scheduled for eight rounds, goes down this Saturday in Tampa, Florida.
