Zhang Weili has been one of the more dominant champions on the UFC roster over the past several years.

The Chinese has been defeated just twice in her UFC run — both against Rose Namajunas — but has been near flawless against the rest of the 115-pound fold, wracking off wins against the likes of Jessica Andrade, Tecia Torres, Carla Esparza and, most recently last August, opposite Amanda Lemos.

Those wins, as impressive as they are, take a back seat to Zhang’s pair of victories against a fighter previously regarded as being uppermost echelon of the strawweight category: Poland’s Joanna Jedrzejczyk.

The first of those wins, which you can watch in full below, left Jedrzejczyk with one of the most unusual swellings ever seen in a UFC cage after her forehead enlarged to an almost comical level; a receipt, one might say, for the Chinese fighter’s relentless barrage of punishment.

Zhang Weili fights her compatriot Yan Xiaonan in a featured bout at next month’s UFC 300 event in Las Vegas.
