Derrick Lewis has long been regarded as one of the most concussive strikers in the UFC’s heavyweight fold.

To date, some 22 men have been felled by the ‘Black Beast’s’ power throughout his 40-fight career, and he will no doubt seek a similar result  at this weekend’s UFC event in St. Louis, Missouri, in what is his 29th bout for the world’s leading mixed martial arts league.

Standing opposite him in this weekend’s main event scrap will be the 31-year-old Brazilian Rodrigo Nascimiento; a fighter which just one loss on his career record to date (11-1 (1)) which, somewhat interestingly, came all the way back in October 2020 against Chris Daukaus — a fighter who is another one of Lewis’ knockout victims during his recent run.

Another UFC heavyweight who was unable to withstand Lewis’ barrage was Travis Browne, who was defeated by the Black Beast by knockout in the second round of a contest back in February 2017. You can check that one out below.
