If you don’t know it already, be aware that Arman Tsarukyan is a big problem at 155-pounds.

The 27-year-old, 20-3 in his professional career to date, has impressed greatly in his 4+ years on the UFC roster, losing only in his debut (on short notice, too) against Islam Makhachev in what was arguably the reigning champion’s toughest fight of his career, as well as against the former KSW champion Mateusz Gamrot.

Elsewhere, though, Tsarukyan has been near flawless and will look to take a couple of steps up the lightweight rankings this weekend in Texas when he takes on the evergreen top contender Beneil Dariush in a fight which will no doubt have contendership implications in what is one of the UFC’s deepest, most talent-filled divisions.
