Nobody does it quite like the flyweights.

In a few weeks time, the UFC returns to Rio de Janeiro for a card to be headlined by the reigning 125-pound champion (and Rio native) Alexandre Pantoja where he will be tasked with becoming the first man in seven years to hand a defeat to the Australian title challenger Steve Erceg — a fighter who has impressed in his brief, three-fight run with the organisation thus far.

Pantoja, though, has firmly established himself as the ‘man to beat’ at flyweight. His five most recent wins have come against some of the division’s most talented fighters, in Brandon Royval (twice), Alex Perez and Manel Kape.

One fighter, though, with which Pantoja has an extended rivalry is the former champion Brandon Moreno, with whom Pantoja has shared the cage with on two occasions — the most recent of which from UFC 290 last July you can watch in full below.
