It seems that UFC boss Dana White has had his fill of podcast appearances.

Less than a minute into a Tuesday interview on the ‘Howie Mandel Does Stuff’ show, and following a glowing introduction of the UFC CEO, White announced that he announced that he was “literally” not going anymore podcasts — and pushed away his microphone, took off his headphones and exited the studio, leaving the hosts with stunned looks on their faces.

“We can’t thank you enough for being here. You and Ginger seem to be getting along,” Mandel says to White, introducing him to the show.

“You are not only an amazing businessman, you are an inspiration. You are a philosopher,” the host adds. “The way you do business, the way you conduct your business and your friendships and media is… I’m jealous.

“But Dana, I can’t thank you enough for being here.”

In response, White said: “Thank you for the kind words. I appreciate it.”

But it was then that interview turned south.

“I am so f*cking tired of doing podcasts. I’m literally done with them,” White said. “I’m not doing any more podcasts.”

The reasoning for White’s hasty exit was not revealed, even as speculation on social media suggested that the incident may have been staged.

Either way, if anyone out there has any podcast appearances lined up with Dana White — they might be well advised to source a backup guest.
