Dana White has confirmed Jon Jones’ announcement from yesterday that he’s given up the UFC light heavyweight championship. Later this year, Dominick Reyes and Jan Blachowicz will meet for the vacant title.

While White didn’t say explicitly that Jones would now move to heavyweight, he did admit it was something the promotion would now look at.
