The UFC will return to London next year on St. Patrick’s Day for their tenth event inside the English capital.

St. Patrick’s Day (March 17th) is the date for the event which will once again take place inside the O2 Arena. The organisation’s last trip to London last March was headlined by a light heavyweight clash between Jimi Manuwa and Corey Anderson. The event sold out in just 27 minutes.

No details have yet been announced pertaining to the bouts which will take place on the card.

“London is always a landmark event for UFC; the fights, fans and city itself always deliver,” said David Shaw, Senior Vice President, International and Content of of the UFC.

“To see how the organisation has grown from the first event at The Albert Hall in 2002 is incredible. Our dedicated fans have helped us grow the sport in the UK to where it is today and we are delighted to bring our 10th event to London. 2018 will be an exciting year for UFC in EMEA and we will certainly be kicking things off in style in March.”

The event is a UFC Fight Night, rather than a numbered pay-per-view.

Tickets for the event will go on sale at 10am GMT on February 2nd 2018.
