Does anyone genuinely dislike Sage Northcutt?
Ever since the young man came off of Dana White’s ‘Looking for a Fight’ TV show, Northcutt seems to have charmed the UFC faithful with his consistently cheerful and plucky demeanor. Even when hearing trash talk from his opponents, the Texan seems to always muster a giggle and a grin.
Apparently, his happiness is infectious, as today managed to get a birthday wish from the UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor. In celebration of his 22nd birthday, Northcutt posted a picture of his own body adorned with McGregor’s famous tattoos, only for McGregor himself to spot it and wish Northcutt a happy birthday.
And — as if he’d respond in any other way — Northcutt gave a nice thank you to “Mr. McGregor.”
