Well, all the worry was for naught. This morning in Dallas, Texas, Darren Till made weight for his UFC welterweight title fight with Tyron Woodley.

Till arrived to the early morning weigh-ins and hit the scales at 169-pounds, officially making him a part of tomorrow night’s main event fight. By doing so, he brings an end to one of the narratives surrounding the contest, with his ability to make the welterweight limit repeatedly called into question — and one pound below championship weight too.

Till, 25, will now meet Woodley in the main event of UFC 228. Woodley needed the towel but made weight at 170-pounds even.
