Conor McGregor has donated half a million dollars to benefit the youths of Louisiana.

In a post to their social media, the club wrote:

“Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana received an unexpected call last week and are humbled to share that @thenotoriousmma is donating $500,000 to impact youth in South Louisiana by supporting our upcoming 2021 Summer Camp and ongoing health and recreation activities in our 6 Club sites. This investment is a gamechanger! Thank you, Conor, for helping to ensure that our kids have what they need to grow and thrive this summer!”

In response, McGregor himself took to social media to share his own excitement over the project: “My pleasure guys. glad to know that this donation will provide summer camp and programs for over 600 children.”

It continues a trend of McGregor’s charitable work after the Irishman donated over $1 million to frontline staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
