Will ‘F*ckin’ Fleury, an undefeated middleweight fighting out of SBG Ireland, has become the latest Irishman to sign a deal with a major MMA promotion after the 4-0 inked a contract with Bellator MMA.

News of the signing was confirmed by MMA Fighting on Wednesday afternoon.

Fleury, who compiled a 7-0 record in the amateur ranks, was recently featured on EFC’s reality television series The Fighter. The Irishman won his first fight by first round submission before being eliminated from the competition after a controversial stoppage in his next bout — the result of which was eventually commuted to a No Contest.

As with The Ultimate Fighter, each bout on The Fighter is officially classified as an exhibition and therefore doesn’t appear on the combatants’ official records.

There is no indication yet as to when Fleury will make his Bellator debut.
