Last night, Tyson Fury had to put on a far grittier performance than fans were expecting against a very game Otto Wallin.
Fury suffered not one but two huge gashes over his right eye that could easily have seen the fight called off, and still managed to win the contest on the judges scorecards, perhaps narrowly escaping a stunning defeat similar to Anthony Joshua’s earlier this year.
Despite the cut, however, Fury appeared in good spirits in the corner, telling his team “I live for this shit” as they attempted to stem the flow of blood pouring from his face.

It’s believed Fury is scheduled to rematch Deontay Wilder on February 22 next year.
