UFC 216 is just days away, and as such the traditional UFC Embedded series has started.

In the main event of the evening, Tony Ferguson will meet Kevin Lee for the UFC interim lightweight title. The fight has outer context as well, with the new interim champion being in line as winner of the ‘McGregor lottery, potentially facing the Irishman upon his return to the cage.

In the co-main event, Demetrious Johnson faces Ray Borg in a rescheduled fight for the UFC flyweight title. Should Johnson win, he would overtake Anderson Silva as the most dominant champion in UFC history, with the most consecutive title defences.
