Israel Adesanya is fresh off a win over one of the greatest men to ever compete in mixed martial arts, and he’s already got his eyes on the next.
Adesanya recently defeated middleweight legend Anderson Silva earlier this year in Melbourne, a man he’s admitted was his hero growing up as a prospect in combat sports. But now, the striking sensation is already considering a fight with another huge name in the UFC.
A certain man named Jon Jones.
“It does tickle my loins,” Adesanya said to TMZ regarding the potential fight. “It does make me feel some type-a way. I like that fight, and I like challenges. He’s the G.O.A.T. right now, right? I already killed one G.O.A.T., and I’m hunting the next.
“I still gotta run through all these middleweights first. We’ll focus on that later on. That’s just a little teaser. Later on, we’ll talk about that.
